New Bride appointments are subject to a non-refundable fee. However, mid-week appointments at Bride +3 (Mon, Thurs, Fri) are free of charge. During your experience at Opus Couture, we will provide Prosecco, soft drinks and cupcakes for you and your bridal party to enjoy throughout your appointment.
Retry Bridal Appointments
We look forward to seeing you again. Retry appointments are for brides who have loved something with us and want to come back and try it on again. These appointments can be booked directly with the salon by email hello@opuscouture.com or telephone (01294) 824838

Fitting, Alteration & Customising Appointments
Your dress has arrived, and now it's time to make it perfect for you. From ordering and quality checking your gown to fitting, alteration, customising and steaming your dress for collection on the week of your wedding, every element of the Opus experience will be overseen by the remarkable Opus team.

Cancellations:
For mid-week no fee appointments, please note, we reserve the right to charge the fee representative of the total amount for the appointment which you've booked within 48 hours prior to the agreed appointment.
